Dessertz : Cookiez, Browniez, Tartz, & Barz : Pet Safe Treatz
All orders that fall under this category are to be paid in full at the time of order placement and require minimum 48 hour notice.
Cancellation Policy: Applicable only to those who ordered before the 48 hour minimum notice.
When giving 48 hours notice (2 full days considering the date and time of your order) you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Cupcakez
Orders placed at or before the minimum 72 hour notice are subject to a 50% non refundable deposit with final 50% due at pick up or before delivery.
Orders placed within the 72 hour window are considered rush orders and require full payment at the time of order placement.

Rush orders are exempt from any refund options.
Applicable only to those who ordered before the 72 hour minimum notice. When giving 72 hours notice (3 full days considering the date and time of your order) you will be entitled to 50% of your deposit or 50% of your full payment, whichever is applicable.
Custom Cakez
Orders placed at or before the minimum 72 hour or 2 week notice, whichever is applicable, are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit with the final 50% due at pick up or before delivery.
Orders placed within the 72 hour or 2 week window, whichever is applicable, are considered rush orders and require full payment at the time of order placement.

When giving 1 full week or 3 full weeks notice, whichever is applicable, considering the date and time of your order, you will be entitled to 50% of your deposit or 50% of your full payment, whichever is applicable. If canceling after that time you won't be entitled to any refund.
Cake Damages
When picking up your order you will be given written instructions on how to safely drive your custom cake to your destination, but you go into this with the understanding that accidents can still happen and I am not liable for any damage you might incur to the cake trying to transport it.
You will also be given cake care instructions for keeping your cake safe in your home until ready to serve.
Once the cake is in your hands, whether by your own transport or my delivery service it is in your care and I am no longer liable for any damages you might incur.

If I happen to cause irreparable damages to your cake while it is in my care, and I ultimately can not deliver in time for your event, you will receive a full refund and a discount for your next order.
